  • Turnkey hydraulic power supply system comprising of 4 pump sets, 1,200 L/min at 20 MPa
  • Danfoss Power Solutionscomponent package
  • Danfoss Power Solutions cartridge valve technology
  • Danfoss Power Solutions filtration technology
  • Manifolds were custom manufactured by our manufacturing facility in Newcastle
  • The entire system design was done in-house by Berendsen’s Engineering and Design team including circuits, manifolds, power unit design and modelling, pipe routing, control system design and programming
  • Electrical installation was completed by the local Berendsen Melbourne team
  • Cooling issues were resolved by a 500 kW MTA Chiller unit which modulates temperature to maintain levels within a precise temperature band
  • Overall, the system was high performing & durable
