Mine Site Service
Our experienced field service team regularly work on mine sites for scheduled shut down work, proactive maintenance programs and emergency service. We work closely with each mine site to ensure that all service work is completed in the most cost effective means available with competitive rates consistently provided. We appreciate the importance of ensuring your site has limited down time, while always ensuring your equipment is running at full capacity.
Hydraulic System Overhaul
We regularly complete hydraulic system overhauls on fixed plant including stacker/reclaimer systems, stationary crushes, train load-out systems and apron feeders. Overhauls may include a complete review of operational performance and recommended improvements, to upgrading pumps, power packs, lubrication systems and cylinders.
Cylinder Service Exchange Programs
For customers who require rapid turnaround, we offer a range of cylinder service exchange programs that can be tailored to meet the individual mine site needs. This means that you can avoid waiting the necessary turnaround time for a repair. The units are available immediately and you only pay for the cost of the repair. We can either dispatch the unit immediately to you or our field technicians can come out and fit the cylinder if required.
