Gladstone Pick-Up and Delivery Service*

The best thing is, we come to you! We visit the area weekly to pick up and deliver hydraulic components from our customers free of charge.

We will then take your component back to our hydraulic service centre for an assessment and contact you with a turnaround and quote.

Our Workshop

Bundaberg’s custom built 700m2 hydraulic service center delivers excellence to customers offering precision repairs through the latest equipment:

  • A large test rig and integrated systems, able to test open and closed loop systems under varying speeds from 10 to 2600 rpm, with an input capacity of 75kW.
  • A test rig capable of testing cylinders, valves and motors of up to 30kW input capacity.
  • A cylinder maintenance cell that provides strip down, repair, overhaul and testing services.
  • A horizontal cylinder locking/unlocking bench with a torque capacity of up to 15000Nm, able to strip cylinders up to 6m in length.
  • Two manual lathes, with up to 400mm swing and 1.5m in length.

We provide free pick-up and delivery within 10 km of Gladstone town centre. Pick-up and delivery using Berendsen’s own transport is free but delivery or pick -up and delivery costs by any other means may be charged. Free pick-up and delivery is limited to size weight and quantity determined by Berendsen. Free weekly pick-up and delivery dates are determined by Berendsen. Delivery outside these dates may be charged.
