The staff at Berendsen’s chrome plating facility, CCA Hardchrome, have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of our latest acquisition, a Churchill cylindrical grinding machine capable of grinding rods up to 4 meters in length and 600mm in diameter.
The new machine was purchased to enable us to increase throughput at our growing Kings Park chrome plating facility and achieve faster turnaround times for our customers.

After several months of careful planning, the implementation of the new Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Centre at our Melbourne branch is now complete.
This Melbourne based initiative originated to provide a trustworthy, reliable cylinder repair alternative for users of construction, transport and materials handling equipment in the region, and is equipped to efficiently repair cylinders up to 288mm bore size and 2500mm stroke, which covers the most common cylinder types used in these segments.
