Fixed Displacement 5 Pistons Motor
Calzoni Hydraulics radial piston fixed-displacement hydraulic motors, with unique fluid-column technology, have been specifically engineered for high mechanical and volumetric efficiency over a wide range of speeds and torques.
MR motors are available in 10 frame sizes, corresponding to 36 standard displacements ranging from 75 cc/rev to 9000 cc/rev.

MRD/MRV Series
Dual & Variable Displacement Motors
The Calzoni MRD/MRV motors with the dual/variable displacement system work by allowing the eccentric cam to move radially, altering its eccentricity and the motor’s displacement. Hydraulic cylinders on the drive shaft control this movement, with the MRV series adding a valve for step-by-step piloting cylinder control, enabling fully variable operation.
MRD dual-displacement motors come in 8 frame sizes with 16 standard displacements (300–8200 cc/rev).
MRV variable-displacement motors come in 7 frame sizes with 13 standard displacements (450–8200 cc/rev).

The double-eccentric MRT Series design balances radial forces for minimal bearing load, ensuring exceptional reliability and long service life. MRT models come in 5 frame sizes with 23 standard displacements from 7,100 to 53,000 cc/rev.

Parking Brakes
Calzoni Hydraulics “B” brake series is a spring-applied, hydraulic-released multi-disc wet parking brake, engineered for applications where it is absolutely necessary to hold the system under an external torque.
Any function that reduces the hydraulic system pressure below the release pressure of the brake will cause the brake to be activated.
