Principal Distribution Warehouse

The Head Office houses the principal distribution warehouse with extensive stock holdings. For stocked items we can provide fast turnaround times and superior quality goods.

Engineering and Design

The Engineering and Design department at the head office is a team of 3 degree qualified engineers with AutoCad drawing facilities and cutting edge design programs. With extensive industry experience, our engineers are well positioned to provide you with the most cost effective and tailored solutions.

National Customer Service Centre

Berendsen’s National Customer Service Centre (NCSC) is based in the Head Office and consists of an experienced team who can provide exceptional customer service, technical support, order processing, and fast responses to P&A enquiries.

Accounts

The Accounts Department at the Head Office provides all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions for the branches nationwide and aims to provide superior level service to our customers.

Marketing

The Marketing Department at the Head Office provides the national marketing functions for all of the branches nationwide. This includes a range of national campaigns and branch specific, customized campaigns to ensure consistent branding and an accurate representation of Berendsen Fluid Power in the target markets.
