Perth’s First Dedicated Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Facility

The Cylinder SupaCentre is Berendsen’s brand new, state-of-the-art facility purpose-built exclusively for hydraulic cylinder repairs. It is engineered from the ground up to deliver the fastest turnaround times in the industry, with the needs of Western Australia’s mining sector in mind.

This colossal 6,900 m² facility is built around a high-speed repair model designed to streamline the process, eliminate lag, and maximise efficiency. Every element – from layout and equipment design to digital workflow integration – works together to keep cylinders moving and downtime to an absolute minimum.

Cylinders move through dedicated zones for each stage of repair in a streamlined system that minimises handling time and enables multiple cylinders to be processed simultaneously.

With all processes handled in-house including machining and hard chrome plating, repairs move seamlessly through the production line without delays or external dependencies.

3. Rolling Stock of Components

Extensive inventory of seals, glands, piston rods and other components are kept

on site – in a rolling stock inventory, ready for immediate use. This includes pre-plated rods – eliminating time lost in procurement.

The Cylinder SupaCentre features purpose-built equipment to speed up cylinder repairs – including custom-deisgned front suspension benches.
