With a modern 700m² workshop and a team of highly skilled technicians, the Bundaberg branch offers a wide range of services, including cylinder, pump, and motor repairs, on-site maintenance, and hydraulic hose services. Equipped with advanced tools and technology, the branch is capable of handling large and complex hydraulic systems, ensuring quick turnaround and high-quality results.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include precision machining, welding, and testing equipment, as well as a hydraulic test centre designed to ensure repairs meet OEM standards. Details:
- A large test rig and integrated systems, able to test open and closed loop systems under varying speeds from 10 to 2600 rpm, with an input capacity of 75kW.
- A test rig capable of testing cylinders, valves and motors of up to 30kW input capacity.
- A cylinder maintenance cell that provides strip down, repair, overhaul and testing services.
- A horizontal cylinder locking/unlocking bench with a torque capacity of up to 15000Nm, able to strip cylinders up to 6m in length.
- Two manual lathes, with up to 400mm swing and 1.5m in length.
