Designed for the demands of WA’s mining industry and other customers, the Cylinder SupaCentre introduces a high-speed repair model that is much more than a big new facility with state-of-the-art equipment. It’s a total rethink that reinvents the way hydraulic cylinders are repaired.
At 6,900m², the SupaCentre dwarfs other repair operations and runs on a radically different model – more akin to a production line than a conventional repair workshop.
By re-engineering the workflow from first principles, and introducing a proactive, rolling-repair system, Berendsen has created a new model that drastically reduces repair times, with the potential for same-day turnarounds in some instances.
